Hello Cupcake Fans!Just wanted to clear up a few things regarding Trans Fats...
We have NEVER used them...we refuse to even consider using them. We bake from scratch daily and use real butter. We understand this is a more expensive way to go about it and that the cupcakes will not last as long but that is ok with us! We also do not use preservatives so our cupcakes will only last about 2 days...this is how it should be! You will taste the difference when you experience BETTIE's Cupcakes!

Dee Dee is at the Altamont Fair through Sunday, August 22nd. She will be heading back to Delmar after her stint as a Carnie :)
August 20th - Cee Cee will be at the Saratoga Race Track this Friday from 11-6pm selling PINK VELVET, PINK LEMONADE and STRAWBERRY cupcakes in support of the Fabulous Fillies fundraisor for Breast Cancer Research. We will be donating a portion of all sales towards research.
September 11th - we will be at Central Park with Dee Dee in Schenectady for the Animal Protective Foundation event. We will have plenty of our Puppie Cuppies for sale and we will be donating a portion of sales towards their foundation.
September 19th - We will be at the Local Harvest Festival in Albany with our delish cupcakes!

Lastly, we are proud to say that we were the FIRST to bring Mobile Cupcakes to the Capital District. We like that we have inspired others businesses to start their own Mobile Cupcake Trucks -spread the sweetness is what we say! Bettie's Cakes will still be the only MOBILE CUPCAKE CAFE in the WORLD with Dee Dee!
