Trans Fats are Icky & What's Up with the Buses

Hello Cupcake Fans!
Just wanted to clear up a few things regarding Trans Fats...
We have NEVER used them...we refuse to even consider using them. We bake from scratch daily and use real butter. We understand this is a more expensive way to go about it and that the cupcakes will not last as long but that is ok with us! We also do not use preservatives so our cupcakes will only last about 2 days...this is how it should be! You will taste the difference when you experience BETTIE's Cupcakes!

Also, we have some exciting things coming up that we will be a part of. Our Facebook fan page will have up to date information but here are some events we have committed to:

Dee Dee is at the Altamont Fair through Sunday, August 22nd. She will be heading back to Delmar after her stint as a Carnie :)

August 20th - Cee Cee will be at the Saratoga Race Track this Friday from 11-6pm selling PINK VELVET, PINK LEMONADE and STRAWBERRY cupcakes in support of the Fabulous Fillies fundraisor for Breast Cancer Research. We will be donating a portion of all sales towards research.

September 11th - we will be at Central Park with Dee Dee in Schenectady for the Animal Protective Foundation event. We will have plenty of our Puppie Cuppies for sale and we will be donating a portion of sales towards their foundation.

September 19th - We will be at the Local Harvest Festival in Albany with our delish cupcakes!

Watch the journey Dee Dee made to become the Cupcake Queen she is today. News Channel 6 and Jerry Gretzinger captured the many mishaps for her to become the ONLY MOBILE Double Decker CUPCAKE Stand in the world!

Through breakdowns in the dessert, many tows, cross country trucks to bring her to NY, a fire, many rehabs and custom work and a full "repaint" to PINK....Dee Dee is quickly becoming a star!
